By calming the mind and connecting with our senses –  SIGHT, SOUND, TOUCH, TASTE, SMELL,  BREATHE we are able to help clients achieve results that would not be possible through a consultation based on dialogue alone.

Taking time and learning to listen to your body can reveal useful information that allows people to let go of unhelpful patterns of behaviour, gain new insight and have greater clarity about their future

We do not offer meditation classes.  We integrate sensory and mindfulness work into our consultations when appropriate and with the client’s consent.
